- Data Analysis, GAP Analysis, Variation Analysis, Causes for performance Inhibitors
- Utilize Learning from AS IS technical Architecture and areas to improve with minimum disruption and change
- Incorporate Recommendations in AS IS scenario and create TO BE process
- Developing complex loan scenarios including cash flows, preparing BRD for structured loan products, Designing system integration and data migration strategy
- Technology Solution evaluation, Solution workshop and vendor selection
